So we all know that Joel and Nicole raised eyebrows when they were seen at a jewelry store and now she has a ring on her left hand and on the ring finger. Could these two be possibly engaged? Here's the picture.[Click for full image]

It mentioned her split with Joel. She revealed that her and Joel are still on speaking terms despite their split and insist they both moved on. She added: "There was nothing - no fight, no, 'He did this, I did that.'" And she also went on to say she will always care about him. Thanks. Bye. <33 That's right, our little Billy is engaged. He proposed to his long time girlfriend on Valentine's Day (cliche, but cute). The news is official, many have emailed Steve (a good old friend) and he has responsed with a "yes". So congrats to Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s romance is heating up; it seems the pair is set to move in together. As well as recently exchanging ‘I love yous’, Us is reporting the pair are now ready to take the next step in their relationship by moving in together, even though they’ve only been together three months. At the moment, Nicole lives in a West Hollywood condo, whilst Joel’s house is in the more suburban Glendale, but this will all change. Despite some reports, “Nicole hasn’t moved in with him yet...but they are looking at places,” says a quote. Wonder what his ex, Hillary Duff thinks of it. I just found that article here. And wow, just wow, Joel don't you think you're moving a tad bit fast? Each to their own, I guess. I found this article that was apparently posted February 5th. It talks a bit about Joel breaking up with Hilary Duff and how GC wishes to reinvent themselves on the brand new album (Good Morning Revival). They wanted something different for the brand new album. Joel has also said that the ending track, "March On", was inspired the Cardigan's "Love Fool".
